I haven&#8217;t visited in forever and I can tell because things aren&#8217;t the same as they were when I visited this site everyday and I miss it. Things have been so crazy busy but I have to put my needs into my life more and coming to this site everyday seems to be one of those needs. I did so well while I was actually coming here everday and now that i&#8221;m not I haven&#8217;t lost a single pound more. I have been simply fluctuating my weight and it is frustrating so from here on out I am going to try my heardest to visit this site everyday again to get back on track&#8230;hope all of you are doing well and GOOD LUCK</p>

<p> I haven&#8217;t really been on here lately and I haven&#8217;t writen a blog in forever. Things have been crazy busy but I am demading myself to start gettin back on everyday because this was definitly a place that kept me on track. I have decided today that I am going to start phase one of the south beach diet all over again. I haven&#8217;t really gained any weight but I am defintly not loosing anymore and i want to get down there so I am going to start all over on a clean slate and a lower weight. It feels so good to be down to where I am and i know it will feel great to get down to where I want to be so with a little luck and confidence I am starting over. I think it will be a little harder than the first time for the simple fact that I am back to eating normal and it will probably be hard to go back to what I once waasn&#8217;t a big fan of lol but I will do it because I know it will make me stronger and it will get me to the point I want to be at. So wish me luck and I will try to get on more so that I can encourage all of you the way you have encouraged me. You are all amazing and I could not have even gotten to where I am now without you thank you so much&#8230;and GOOD LUCK you can do it!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So even though I have a long ways to go on my journey of weight loss I actually can look in the mirror right now and be happy I mean sure I can&#8217;t wait to loose the extra that I have but I am actually happy enough, enough to not bring myself down 24-7 like I used to, enough not to say i&#8217;m fat every time I look in the mirror, and finallly enough to take a compliment when it is given to me rather than saying &#8220;whatever look at me&#8221; or &#8220;thanks but i&#8217;m not&#8221; The weirdest thing about it is that last year around this time during my senior year of high school&#8230;I was the 185 which is the weight where I am at right at the moment. I was so unhappy then I hated myself and the way I looked and I hit a real time low. But now after I had gained the more than 10 pounds and weighed 199 I can now see the weight lossing&#8230;and it is making me happy. The other weird thing is that when I weighed 185 last year I didn&#8217;t think that I looked as good in my clothes as I do now. I feel more comfortable in the clothes I wear and truthfully some of the ones I wouldn&#8217;t wear before I am wearing now. I guess I just think it is crazy that it took me more than 10 pounds gained and then lost to realize that I am okay with what I look like. I am still going to get down to my goal weight but I am at least feeling better about myself and it actually is making this weight loss a lot easier.

I actually but on a top yesterday and liked what I looked like. From the side however. I have a really short upper body so I dont&#8217; really like what my stomach looks like from the front&#8230;however I actually like what I looked like from the side when I pulled my shirt up to see  my stomach. And not only did I like what I looked like I felt good to. I have a long ways to go as to what I want to look like for the rest of my life but&#8230;for the mean time I am happy (or at least more so than I was.) But I felt so amazing. I haven&#8217;t ever felt this and the weirdest part is that I havent even lost any more weight. I lost all  my weight last week and I didn&#8217;t feel this happy about myself and now all of a sudden I do&#8230;I can&#8217;t wait to loose the rest. I am staying with phase 1 during the week and phase 2 on the weekends. Today I haven&#8217;t eaten much but I definitly have not failed at staying on phase 1 and actually it seems pretty easy almost as if I could stay on phase 1 forever (your not supposed to though that&#8217;s why im not lol) So hopefully things will continue to go good. Oh and to specify I am not counting Friday as a weekend. have a Great Day Everyone&#8230;

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today is my last day on phase one. There is a however of course&#8230;Before I weighed 199 I struggled with a weight in the 180&#8217;s I could not get lower than 180 it seemed like I just was stuck and I tried everything. Phase one is really strict so you loose weight faster on it. Phase 2 is what I will be entering tomorrow where I can eat anything normal again but all of the stuff I coudn&#8217;t eat in Phase 1 I can only eat in moderation in Phase 2. Since you can stay on phase one longer, however I&#8217;m not supposed to because of my age and weight. I decided to do both stages. During the week I will stay on phase 1 and during the weekend I will do phase 2. Since I can only eat them in moderation I figure most of it will be done on the weekends because those were the harder times for me to stay on phase 1 since I wasn&#8217;t always at home. So When I enter phase 2 I will eat those things in moderation but only on the weekends that way I don&#8217;t go overboard eating them during the week too. I hope this makes sense&#8230;to me it does, so I know exactly what I&#8217;m talking abuot lol&#8230;Well we will see how it goes doing this and I will keep you posted&#8230;GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE&#8230;I am also setting a monthly goal for myself&#8230;My monthly goal for October is going to be that I would like to weigh 175 or less by October 25&#8230;Hopefully I get there.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So this morning I stepped on the scale and I actually lost another pound. I will tell you that I was a litle worried with the fact that yesterday I may have cheated slightly. My 5 year old cousin came over and she had animal crackers&#8230;Those are definitly a big weakness of mine and even though I knew it was wrong and I shouldn&#8217;t do it, I induldge in some. I was a little self-conscience about weighing myself in the morning and at first it got really scary. I steped on the scale and it revealed 188. I started to freak out because I was still tired and thought it said 198  I kept thinking how on earth did I gain it all back. I almost started to cry and demanded that it couldn&#8217;t be right so I got back on the scale to only reveal with my tired eyes that it said 188 not 198 and that I had lost a pound. Boy was I happy about that one. This second week of the diet is up on Tuesday and I can&#8217;t believe how fast the second week went&#8230;it is crazy. The first week draged on but this week I can&#8217;t believe it&#8217;s almost over. I may stay on phase one for an extra week because of my cheating and because I would like to loose a little extra. I was at a plateu my entire life at 180 before I gained all my other weight and I would like to be down to 179 before I start the second half of the diet so that I don&#8217;t get stuck at the same plateu&#8230;GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE

I didn&#8217;t weigh myself this morning because I am fully aware that during the second weight I may not loose weight as fast. So I am going to just weight myself once a week or at least record once a week and maybe weigh myself a few times just to see how I am doing. I am really excited though. Today I have done awesome&#8230;I had an egg for breakfat with Turkey Bacon and For Lunch: If you have a Jimmy Johns near you I demand you try this. they have something called an unwich. It is anyone of their sandwhiches you choose but instead of the bread they wrap it in a big piece of lettuce. I personally was hesitent at first because I&#8217;m the person who even in a salad can&#8217;t have an over amount of lettuce. However it was amazing. It filled me up right away and I couldn&#8217;t even eat anyting else and it was so deliciously good. I actually only got it because on this diet you can&#8217;t eat bread&#8230;but truthfully even if I could eat all the bread in the world I would still now after trying this get the unwhich, it was amazing and so good. They have many different kinds of sandwhiches so I don&#8217;t know if I would like all of them but I got the Italian Night Club and it was to die for!!! So I stayed on track all day so far and plan to even when I get home. I also am planning on working out tonight which should help my case a little bit lol&#8230;.GOOD LUCK EVERYONE..

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So today is day 7, this means that tomorrow is a brand new week. Same food and same phase of the diet but a new week. I am so excited. I haven&#8217;t cheated since that pizza time i wrote about in my last blog and last night I had lost another pound which had put me at a ten pounds gone weight loss which some of you may have read about in my last blog. I am so excited and have been keeping sort of on track. Even though I haven&#8217;t cheated after this weekend was over i lost track a bit I hadn&#8217;t eaten breakfast all weeken long and I didn&#8217;t eat breakfast today either. In fact today right now at 11:16 is the first time I have eaten anything at all&#8230;I know not good so tomorrow I am starting back on the breakfast and snack part of the diet too so that I will be completely back on track&#8230;Have a great day everyone and Good Luck
